Famous for its many health benefits, wheatgrass has become a staple at health food stores and vegan juice huts. Wheatgrass is the baby grass of the wheat plant. Most times, it is freshly blended into a juice or dried into a powder for consumption. It is often available in juice bars in fruit or vegetable drinks.
